Refund Policy

Ortho Vanguard Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Binding Registration

Participation in Ortho Vanguard is by application and invitation only. Once your application has been approved and your registration is confirmed, your seat is reserved exclusively for you. Registrations are non-transferable and may not be reassigned or sold to another individual.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

All registrations require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your place at the meeting and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation by the registrant.

3. Refund Schedule

Because of the highly curated and limited nature of this event, refund eligibility is restricted as follows:
    •    120 days or more prior to the event start date: 50% refund of the registration fee, less the $500 non-refundable deposit.
    •    90–119 days prior to the event start date: 25% refund of the registration fee, less the $500 non-refundable deposit.
    •    Fewer than 90 days prior to the event start date: No refunds will be issued.

4. Rollover Option (Future Credit)

In lieu of a refund, participants may elect to receive a one-time credit for the full amount paid toward a future Ortho Vanguard meeting, subject to availability. This credit must be used within 18 months of the originally scheduled event. No administrative fees will be applied to rollovers.

5. Force Majeure

The organizers are not responsible for failure or delay in performing their obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, government restrictions, or other causes beyond the organizer’s control. In such cases, the rollover policy described in Section 4 will apply.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
